Peace and tranquility, a green view, and just a few hundred meters to the beach. If you need to get out into nature and slow down, this summer house in the attractive Sønderstrand area is a perfect place for a vacation.

Welcome inside
The summer house is named ‘Jenle,’ which means "solitary" in West Jutlandic – and even though you are in a well-established summer house area, the view of the plot's trees and greenery gives you the feeling of being completely secluded in a forest edge. The surroundings can be fully enjoyed from inside the house, especially from the living room, which is equipped with large windows. Like the rest of the rooms, the living area appears bright and modern, as the summer house was expanded in 2015 and later thoroughly renovated in 2019. The living room is stylishly furnished with contemporary furniture, a new wood-burning stove, and a 42” flat-screen TV, while the integrated kitchen provides a cozy and well-equipped setting for your cooking. The layout also includes three bright bedrooms in addition to a lovely bathroom, where you can relax in the sauna in true indulgent style.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2700 m² natural plot, there are several secluded terraces to choose from. They are located both to the east and the west side of the house, so you can find a sunny seating area throughout the day – or choose the covered terrace area if you prefer shade. If you have small children with you on holiday, there’s a playhouse, sandbox, and swing set on the lawn.

Get up close to the local attractions
The small street Skovskaden is a peaceful place to stay, with beautiful nature waiting nearby. At the end of the road, open fields stretch out, and the bird reserve Stormengene is quite close by. Additionally, it’s only a short distance to Sønderstrand, which is a kilometer-wide sandy beach where you can swim in the North Sea, explore the open spaces, and even engage in various forms of wind sports and beach sailing. Close to the summer house, you can follow the dike that runs down to the Wadden Sea, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2014. Rømø Golf Club's beautiful links course is just a few minutes away on foot, and if you continue into Havneby, you’ll find good shopping options, dining venues, bike rental, and a ferry to the German neighboring island of Sylt.
