The layout spreads over two floors, with one bedroom located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. On the upper level, there is also a spacious bathroom with a shower niche, washing machine, and a slanted window, so you can look out at the drifting clouds while brushing your teeth. From the living room, you have a lovely view over the golf course and the open expanses – even from the open kitchen, you can look through the room and further out onto all the greenery.

Enjoy life outside
From the house's terrace, the view over the golf course extending all the way to the Wadden Sea dike is im­pres­si­ve. It is wonderful to relax in a com­fortab­le garden chair in such beautiful sur­ro­un­dings – and if you stay seated until hunger strikes, you have the option to fire up the charcoal grill and eat outside under the open sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday center offers many fun and chal­len­ging activity options for all age groups, with eve­ryt­hing from play­gro­unds and table tennis tables to fitness room, mini-golf, and various sports fields. Some of the fa­ci­li­ties are available for a fee, while many are com­ple­te­ly free for the holiday home residents – such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools that make vacation life extra enjoyable. In Havneby, you will find good shopping options, dining places, and bicycle rentals, and there is also a ferry port if you want to take a day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. A walk on the dike with view over the Wadden Sea is also recom­men­ded, and if you feel like a swim, you can drive towards either Sønder­strand or Lakolk beach.
