The house is part of Fe­ri­e­cen­ter Rim Rømø, which means you have access to play­gro­unds, sports fields, swimming pools, and other common fa­ci­li­ties.

Welcome inside
The 73 m² townhouse is built over two floors and has an excellent layout for four people. The entire ground floor has been renovated in 2023, providing an inviting setting for cozy moments – whether you are cooking in the open kitchen, playing cards at the dining table, or relaxing in the sofa area. Through the windows, you can look out at the green sur­ro­un­dings, and if you need more en­tertain­ment than that, there is a flat-screen TV with Danish and foreign channels. The sofa is also a sofa bed, and if you take the stairs up to the first floor, you will find two good bedrooms. A bathroom is also located upstairs and is equipped with a shower niche and washing machine.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have access to a west-facing terrace, which is screened off from the neighbors but otherwise open, giving you an unob­structed view of the beautiful landscape. With a grill, garden table, and sun loungers, you can enjoy a large part of the summer outside – unless, of course, you choose to sit on the other side of the house, where you have morning sun and a short distance to the nearest play­gro­und.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The play­gro­und is just one of many great common fa­ci­li­ties that the holiday center offers. There are also fitness and activity rooms, sports fields, a tennis court, and mini-golf, and some of the fa­ci­li­ties can even be used for free – including the indoor swimming pools and the outdoor pool. If you enjoy playing golf, it’s a hit to stay so close to Rømø Golf Club, which features an 18-hole links course and a Pay & Play with nine holes. If you feel like a walk in Rømø's beautiful nature, it is recom­men­ded to follow the path on Havneby Dike. The route goes all the way down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, rewarding you with a fantastic sea view along the way. In Havneby, you will find a good selection of dining options, and it is also from here that you can take the ferry for a day trip to Sylt.
