This large, modern townhouse features a great layout and is full of delightful details – including a spa in one of the bathrooms and an American refrigerator in the kitchen-dining area. Outside, you have two sunny terraces to choose from, one of which offers a grand panoramic view of the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Welcome inside
With its thatched roof and red brick facade, the townhouse can aptly be described as a modern building with a classic appearance. Built in 2005, this true quality construction boasts tasteful and comfortable interiors both on the ground floor and the first floor. The well-equipped kitchen and the two bathrooms – one of which features a lovely spa – are clear examples of the house's high standard, and there is underfloor heating in most of the ground floor as a less visible but convenient detail. Three good bedrooms, accommodating a total of six people, are conveniently distributed across both floors, and there is additionally space for two extra guests in the loft at the top of the house. The first floor also offers a lovely living room with a flat-screen TV and wood stove, and from here, as well as from the kitchen-dining area on the ground floor, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the Wadden Sea.

Enjoy life outside
The water view can certainly also be enjoyed outdoors. The townhouse's east-facing terrace is right next to the salt marsh and the Wadden Sea, making it a wonderful place to sit back and feel the holiday peace descend. If you prefer to admire the natural surroundings from a higher vantage point, you can sit on the first floor's covered balcony, while the terrace area on the west side of the house is a nice spot to enjoy the late afternoon sun.

Get up close to the local attractions
If you’ve decided to grill for dinner, you just need to cross the road to find Rømø’s excellent butcher. In the summer, there’s also a small stand where you can buy seasonal vegetables – and if you explore further around the island, there are even more shopping options and dining places to choose from. The central location in Kongsmark provides you with a good base for outings, whether your destination is Lakolk Beach on the west coast, Kirkeby Plantation, or Havneby, where you can play golf and take the ferry to the neighboring island of Sylt. A trip to the mainland is also recommended, as holiday guests in the townhouse have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
