Description
This well-furnished summer house is wonderfully located in Kongsmark in the first row facing a protected natural area, giving you an impressive view over the vast heath landscape from both the living room and the terrace.
Welcome inside
In the living room, the southwest-facing gable window extends from wall to wall, allowing you to fully enjoy the panoramic view of the open landscape while relaxing in the soft corner sofa or sitting together at the dining table. With such a large window section, the natural light is excellent, and you’ll experience nature in an extraordinary way, especially at sunset. Light and views are certainly not the only qualities here, as the summer house is a beautifully updated example with a cozy decor and lovely details—including a wood-burning stove and an integrated kitchen in the living room, as well as a sauna in the bathroom. Two bedrooms are also part of the layout, so in total, you can accommodate four holiday guests in the house.
Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a lovely terrace area that extends to the south and west of the summer house. The view from here is, of course, also impressive, and with birds singing and sunshine from above, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy holiday life. The lawn provides plenty of space for playing and garden games, and for the youngest family members, there is a sandbox and swings.
Get up close to the local attractions
The natural plot is large and secluded, and because it is located on a closed road, it is a peaceful place to spend your holiday. Overall, Kongsmark is a lovely place to stay, as the summer house area is set in beautiful natural surroundings, and thanks to the central location on Rømø, it’s easy to access forests, beaches, and fun holiday activities. On Rømø, you can play golf, go horseback riding, try block carting at Sønderstrand, and rent bicycles in Havneby. There are good shopping options and dining establishments scattered around the island—and taking a swim in the North Sea is almost mandatory when you are just a few kilometers from Lakolk Strand. It is also highly recommended to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea that surrounds Rømø, as this unique tidal area is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site and can certainly be described as nature of the highest caliber.
