Welcome inside
The summer house is a charming and classic property with a thatched roof, a red brick facade, and white-paned windows. Inside, the atmosphere is bright and friendly, thanks in part to the thorough update that took place in 2009. You can look forward to cooking in a well-equipped kitchen that is open to the living room, which also features both a heat pump and a fireplace, making the house suitable for year-round use. One of the house's two bathrooms is nicely equipped with a bathtub, and seven sleeping spaces are reasonably distributed in the bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the garden.
Enjoy life outside
On sunny days, you can move your relaxation outdoors on the 2502 m² natural plot. A paved terrace area wraps around the summer house. Even if it’s cool, you can still enjoy outdoor life in the lovely hot tub, which invites pure relaxation and wellness.
Get up close to the local attractions
Kap Farvel in Kongsmark is a delightful place to stay, as you live peacefully and surrounded by nature while also being centrally located on Rømø. For example, you are close to Tønnisgård Nature Center, which organizes exciting excursions around the island and to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Rømø's popular butcher is also nearby, and you have a short walking distance to Café Hattesgaard, which serves delicious cakes for afternoon coffee. If you're in the mood for a swim, it’s recommended to take the short trip to Lakolk Beach, which offers lovely shallow waters, sandy bottom, and plenty of space to run and play.
