Spacious summer house with a spa, sauna, and beautiful views from the living room

Welcome inside
The summer house was built in 2006 and is a well-pro­por­tio­ned building of 140 m², equipped with a spa and sauna in one of the two bathrooms. Indoors, the at­mosp­he­re is bright, airy, and inviting, with light wooden trims on the walls and a vaulted ceiling, while the many windows provide excellent natural light. At the same time, the large windows offer views of the green sur­ro­un­dings, and espe­ci­al­ly from the living room and kitchen, the panoramic view over the vast landscape is ab­so­lu­te­ly bre­ath­taking. If you can manage to tear your gaze away from the natural sur­ro­un­dings, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite, Smart TV, and Netflix in the living room, which also features a cozy fireplace for the cool evenings. The living room is open to the kitchen-dining area, allowing you to feel together even while enjoying separate acti­vi­ties like cooking or reading. When the day is coming to an end, you can retire to one of the four com­fortab­le bedrooms, which can ac­com­moda­te a total of eight guests.

Enjoy life outside
The view is de­fi­ni­te­ly im­pres­si­ve from the large, partially covered wooden terrace that extends to the south of the summer house. It’s a lovely place to relax in the garden furniture, grill, and enjoy the tranqui­li­ty while ap­pre­ci­at­ing the un­dis­tur­bed natural sur­ro­un­dings. If you feel like moving around a bit, there’s good space for croquet and other garden games on the lawn, and there is also a swing set and sandbox for the youngest family members.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The 3000 m² plot is perfectly located in Kongsmark in the heart of Rømø: As mentioned, you are neighbors to a beautiful and protected natural area, and the at­mosp­he­re on the small road is quiet and peaceful. And even though the natural idyll is complete, you still have easy access to shopping and dining options – for example, Rømø's excellent butcher and Café Hat­tes­gaard with delicious cakes. If the weather calls for a beach day, it’s just a short drive to Lakolk Beach, where you can enjoy the North Sea and the in­cre­di­bly wide sandy beach.
