Charming wooden summer house with a sauna and wood-burning stove.

On a small cul-de-sac in Bolilmark lies this lovely summer house, beau­ti­ful­ly situated. From the house, you have a view of a beautiful heather-covered area and can enjoy the area's idyllic peace – both when you relax indoors and while lounging on the sun terrace.

Welcome inside
With its dark wooden facade and living roof, the summer house almost blends in with its scenic sur­ro­un­dings. The at­mosp­he­re indoors is also top-notch in the living space, featuring a vaulted ceiling and light wooden panels on the walls, along with a wood-burning stove that adds to the house's charm. The layout is open, combining the living room and kitchen, and through the large windows, you can enjoy sunlight and the beautiful view of the heath landscape. Like the living room, the three bedrooms in the summer house are bright and inviting, as are the guest toilet and the bathroom, the latter of which is even equipped with a sauna.

Enjoy life outside
To the east, south, and west of the house, a lovely wooden terrace spreads out, making it easy to find a nice spot to relax at any time of the day. Part of the terrace is covered if you seek shade, and there is a lovely hot tub and, of course, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill available. The nature plot is a generous 2,845 m².

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Blåbærvej is a small, enclosed road that leads directly from Bo­lil­mark's at­tra­cti­ve summer house area to Tvismark Plan­ta­tion. You can also follow the paths out into the open heath landscape, which is an im­pres­si­ve sight, espe­ci­al­ly when the heather colors the entire area purple. From the viewpoint Høstbjerg, which is Rømø's highest point, you can gaze not only over the heath but also further out over the flat Wadden Sea island and towards the mainland. The Wadden Sea is worth a closer look, as this beautiful tidal area is inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List as one of just seven at­tra­ctions in Denmark.
